Merchant: Grace & Edward.
Durable medium: Any tool that enables the consumer or merchant to store information in a way that can be reproduced unchanged later.

3. Applicability
These general terms apply to every offer from the merchant and to every distance contract concluded between the merchant and the consumer.
Before an agreement is concluded, the consumer will have access to these terms. If that is not possible, the merchant will indicate how they can be accessed electronically.
4. The Offer
All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The merchant reserves the right to modify the offer.
Product descriptions are as accurate as possible, though minor variations may occur.
Any additional charges (such as shipping or import duties) will be borne by the consumer unless otherwise stated.
5. The Agreement
An agreement is established when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated payment conditions.
The merchant will confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.
The merchant uses secure systems for the electronic transfer of data and payments.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Consumers must notify the merchant within 14 days of receiving the product if they wish to withdraw.
7. Costs of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation once the returned item has been received or proof of shipment is provided.
8. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Perishable goods.

Digital or sealed products that have been opened.
9. Prices
Prices remain fixed during the validity period of the offer unless affected by tax or currency changes.

10. Warranty
Grace & Edward guarantees that products comply with the agreement and are of expected quality.
Defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or unauthorised modifications.
11. Delivery
Orders are processed with the utmost care.
Delivery takes place within a maximum of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
If delays occur, the consumer will be informed and has the right to cancel the order.
The merchant bears the risk until delivery to the customer.
12. Continuous Transactions
Consumers may terminate ongoing agreements at any time with a notice period of one month.
Automatic renewals beyond the agreed term are not permitted unless mutually agreed.
13. Payment
Payments must be made according to the agreed terms.
Any payment discrepancies must be reported immediately.
If payment is delayed, the merchant may charge reasonable administrative costs.
14. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovering an issue.
Grace & Edward will respond within 14 days.
If the complaint is justified, the merchant may offer a replacement or repair at no cost.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by Australian law.
